Their main requirements were:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>The system must be robust and can withstand the tough conditions in the factory.<\/li>\n<li>Needed the system to be compatible with their existing Oracle database on server.<\/li>\n<li>Time Attendance and Employee Hours Shifting.
